ASCYS lasers come in a variety of sizes and offer several laser sources giving the flexibility to mark, engrave and cut almost any type of material. Standard machines range in size from genuine desk top, to machines that can handle items of well over 1000Kgs.

ACSYS have a new manufacturing complex, which was opened at the end of 2007 and gives us a huge operation advantage. This clean air facility also has all production at waist height, creating a near perfect working environment.

With some of the best brains in laser technology working directly, or indirectly for us, has given us many home designed products, making us the most technological advanced laser machine provider.

Our “Live Adjust System” enables real time alignment of parts, now advanced with through the lens and zoom technologies. We also patented “Online Depth Control” which scans the depth of a 3D image and compares this data with the required CAD data. We have made stand alone machines with auto feed and CCD camera recognition systems, for complete product line identification and marking.

All this technology is of very little use if the software behind it is complex and inflexible. Our software is logical, easy at shop floor level, but can give the more competent technicians more flexibility to create those ground braking results.
